Question from a Blue Collar follower on LinkedIn:
As your name suggests, does Blue Collar only help industrial-type companies (construction, energy, etc)?
(A): Inspiration for the name came from my (Ben’s) rural roots. Having spent significant time on my grandparent’s farm tossing hay bales and packing chop feed, I have a deep respect for the working men and women of this province. That said, the makeup of Blue Collar’s clients encompasses every sector, from healthcare to logistics to meat processing. Also note that our integrated OHS solution is equally applicable both to the management of work and non-work (WCB and group benefit) illness/injuries.
On the topic of agriculture, Blue Collar is proud to provide its services pro bono to owners of small-to-medium size farms and ranching operations. Canadian farmers are grappling with untold challenges, and as such, we’re more than glad to assist any way we can.
Wishing our farmers a safe and profitable harvest this season.
